Head over to our online returns center and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.
Select Items and Reason
Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason to help us improve your experience.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your original Oodie packaging.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
